PC - I'm guessing the spa is "raised". The spa sits above both the pump station and the pool. Are you thinking that the second pump (with Valve #7) is to push that water to the raised spa??

UPDATE: Manually adjusted valve #5 again. Turned on the Spa -which filled with water from the pool. All is well enough again.

Think I need a pool pro to come out here and fix the valve sitation. This is getting tedious.
