After my Baracuda died, I was recommended to get a Hayward The Pool Cleaner. Got the 4 wheel model. I have a suction inlet in the side of my pool with a valve to adjust suction between it and the skimmer. A few questions because it doesn’t want to climb the walls.
I timed the rpm at 12 per the instructions and put the 2 floats 20-25” from the device. I can’t set the suction any higher without causing turbulence in my pipes.
I have the largest inlet installed beside I frequently get large debris. Will the inlet size significantly affect the speed and power of the unit? Are the floats in the right place? Any other tweaks to get it to move better?
Thanks,
Russ
