Ever wondered what the inner workings of your Hayward Top Valve Sand Filter looked like? Here's my S310T getting put back into service. I hope the pics can help someone with theirs!
The lateral & stand pipe assembly before installation. Notice the laterals are folded up.
Using a stick (that's a very technical term for a specialty tool) I carefully pushed each lateral down, one at a time.
Here are all the laterals deployed!
