Hayward pump

This is our first pool. We have a hayward system, and last week, found that we can no longer control the pump. It is just stuck on medium speed. Our apps don’t work for it, although they function fine for heat and lights. The control panel also doesn’t work for it. We have to switch the breaker off in order to do backwash and clean the filter on the pump.

Any solution for this?
