Hello
I need some help with our Hayward Omnilogic sense and dispense unit.
We had a T-cell and had nothing but problems getting it to work on a pool installed in 2021. Hayward was no help refused service and warranty. Our pool tech said i should change over to a Hayward chlorine tank as our omnilogic board can handle that.
Now fast forward a few weeks and were not getting enough chlorine out of this tank as the dispense cycle only runs for a few seconds. were seeing ORP levels drop to below 600 with the chlorine pump on and set to 800. The chlorine pump doesn't seem to turn on when needed. Unlike our PH pump which runs for 10 seconds and will run multiple times per hour if needed and holds the PH steady. The chlorine pump is controlled by the ORP probe, it was cleaned a few weeks ago.
Help me, i dont want to manually keep adding to the pool. I want to set it and forget it.
is there a way to set the pump to run a specific amount of time per day? What should i do
