Can anyone tell me how many o-rings are inside a Hayward GVA-24? I recently had an issue with one of mine and it was replaced by my builder under warranty. However, the first thing they did was send out a tech from the company they outsource most of their warranty work to. The tech took the actuator apart and told me it was missing an o-ring. There was one o-ring inside the actuator, but he said there should be two on top of one another. I found the parts diagram online and it only shows one o-ring, so now I'm not sure. Was the tech trying to set it up so he could say I caused the issue with the actuator by losing one of the o-rings?

According to the link it shows 1 oring. I think he's confusing the valve below the actuator which if it's a jandy never lube, has 2 Orings on the stem.
