Haven't kept pool up since school started

I have removed all hardware from pool leaving it Green over winter. Water level is below intake and out put water is plugged. I can cover it but what's the point with it so Green. Ladder is removed also.

How much problem will I have in the spring??

You will just have to perform a SLAM either way. I am in the same situation, as my pump died in mid-September. Last year I left it uncovered and spent about a week or so in the spring getting it back into shape. I did it late April early May, before the temperatures rose. The only thing I didn't do was vacuum. I kept the SLAM going until I could brave the cold water to vacuum.
