Hmm maybe because there's still pollen I'm not fully seeing. But my water is very clear so can't complain. Guess I'll keep switching them outUntil it's gross when trying to clean it. With several trees around mine I change it weekly.
Ahh smart. I'll order some spares lolMine tend to break my skimmer basket if i let them get too clogged so I keep an eye on it & wash it out as needed. Toss when holey. I usually keep a couple in rotation for quick swaps. I remove them completely when large debris is happening.
I have a hydrotools swimline basket - hopefully your hayward one isn’t so prone to breaking. I keep spares on hand because of this.
Pick up a spare weir door too..Ahh smart. I'll order some spares lol
Sounds good lol don't want to be caught without one.Pick up a spare weir door too..
they tend to break when you need them most in my experience
Count it as 90 and follow theSounds good lol don't want to be caught without one.
Tested the FC today and it's at 7. So went ahead and turned the swg on for 6 hours.
I overshot CYA because it's been at 80-90 depending on the day I test lol. But it works out for the swg
Funny story. I go to the in-town pool builder/store and they simply don’t use the high temp unions. I called up two pool stores in Springfield and neither of them had a clue. Sigh.I would get unions for the filter. Threaded part is sealed by the o-rings. What you are doing can crack the MPV if not done correctly.
