Green algae at the bottom of the pool

I am seeing few green algie dots at the bottom of the pool. Pool is crystal clear except these few green spots.

how to get rid of such green spot from bottom. I tried to scrub but it does not clean it completely.

Is there any product you recommend to use?

Are you sure those are from algae? Have you tried rubbing them with a chlorine put or sprinkle some cal-hypo on them? If that doesn't work, it may be something else that blew into the pool and settled. Try a Vitamin C table or even a little pH Down in a thin sock or nylon.

Pick at some with a bamboo skewer or your fingernail, then wipe on a paper towel. Post a pic of the result...
