I have a Dolphin S300 robot that has served me well for 2 years and 10months. Ten months out of warranty. Last week it stopped moving. I called Maytronics and got a person in less than a minute. He walked me through some self checks and determined the robot didn’t recognize its environment. It would run out of the pool but not in the pool. I needed to send it in for repair.

Maytronics then offered to fix it for free. All I had to do was pay to ship it to them. I shipped it on Thursday they received it on Friday. The repaired it and shipped it back that Friday. I received it and cleaned the pool with it on Saturday. Fast turnaround.

They didn’t just fix the issue they replaced the tracks, wheels, brushes and power cable. The robot is like new. Great customer service.
