Grayish film on white areas

After the recent liner replacement, refill, and balancing the water looks great and feels great. However a month into the pool being open I am noticing a grayish film on the stairs and skimmer trim. I'm wondering what this might be other than sunscreen or body oils, but the swimmer load has been very light.

With CYA at 65, your FC is pretty low.
This might be the beginning of an algae bloom?

I've got the SWG set at 20% running 8 hours at this time 6 PM to 2AM (helps keep the water cooler and more refreshing). I'll dial that up and bring the FC level up which is easy enough and monitor.
