Granular CYA on liner

I spilled a decent amount of granular CYA on the bottom of a liner pool. Should I be concerned about the liner and anything happening to it?

I''m sure if it will hurt but I have done this and vacuumed it up. I assume it gets trapped in the filter cartridge's until it fully dissolved anyway.

You should vac it up- it can bleach it out.
