Generic Jandy Cell

Hello all. I have had a pretty bad experience with the Jandy Aquapure 1400. I am only getting a couple years and they fail. Looking at other options and wondering if anyone has tried some of the generics that are on the market. Here are two I found:
- Salt Cell Supply: Generic Jandy
- Salt Pool Store: Generic Jandy 2

I have a whole Jandy automation setup so these being plug and play is nice.

Those are both CompuPool cells. If you don't mind having to file your warranty claims in Australia and then wait for up to six months for them to ship from there then I'd say "go for it".

A couple years and then failure is typically indicative of improper water chemical balance. Specifically, your CSI is most likely in the positive end. Do you have a proper test kit like the TF-100 with Taylor reagents? If so, please post a full set of pool testing parameters. It would be helpful to know your calculated CSI.
