Hi! I just took over care of our unground saltwater pool back in May, and this forum has helped me so much. Today while inspecting my equipment, I noticed a small green frog alive and hanging out in my filter sight glass. He moved back a little when I tapped on the glass, but I'm unsure what to do from here. Would backwashing be the best way to get it out? It's been a little bit since I've backwashed since the filter pressure hasn't moved. Is it safe to do that now? And how in the world could it have gotten in? Should I be concerned? Thanks so much for any help!
