I have a pool/spa combo system running with an Aqua Plus controller.
A plumbing failure resulted in the filter pump running dry and severe damage to my system.
I think I have found the last of my leaks and fixed them, but what I want to know is...
Can I configure my Aqua plus to shut down in the case of a loss of flow?
My flow switch for the chlorine generator is working appropriately, but it only interrupts chlorine generation inb the event of no flow.
Can I program the filter pump itself to shut off?
Or can I put another flow switch in-line and wire it to the external input of the Aqua Plus controller?
I am afraid it wont allow the pump to start (because there is no flow before it comes on).
Thanks
