First time poster here. I love TFP and have used the advice here for a couple of years now and it has saved me a bunch of $$. My pool contractor scoffed when I mentioned TFP and that made me want to use it even more lol.

Now my issue... My Jandy LED color lights aren't working anymore. Power/relays are fine, its the fixtures. One went last summer and the other yesterday. Pool contractor wants $2200 to replace. Told him no way... I found replacements at Florida Sunseeker for $700 total (thanks to this forum) and they should be here next week. I'm fine with doing the install etc. My issue is the Jandy aqualink panel is programmed for the Jandy light schemes whereas the Sunseeker replacement is simply an on/off color change situation. What I am afraid is going to happen is I turn on the light through the app and there will be a conflict.

Is there a way to reprogram Aux1 on my panel to not have the Jandy light logic? ie I select green and the panel goes through 7 on/off cycles to get there. I am thinking just a simple on/off scenario. I use Homeassistant along with AqualinkD so I can program my own logic (turn light off after 10PM etc. I just want to basially dumb down the panel to an on/off operation.

As another option I do have Aux 2 free would it be better to just move the relay there becuase I know there is no logic built in for that bus. I could simply have a button in home assistant called pool light and a toggle switch.

Any insight/best practice would be greatly appreciated!
