Floor Drain or Skimmer Drain?

I have been having some issues this summer with grass and hair clogging up my skimmer basket that sits inside the Pentair pump. It seems to clog up every day but has not done that over the last three summers. It usually takes a week or two before it clogs up the skimmer which then cuts off the water pressure coming out from the jets. I always have my floor drain and skimmer drain at 50/50. My skimmer basket in the pool will catch a lot of the grass and hair but I believe my floor drains (2 of them) are sucking in grass and hair which is clogging up my skimmer basket within the pump itself. I put a sock full of rocks in my pool skimmer basket to make sure it was being lifted up and letting grass and hair fall through.

I just cleaned out all skimmer baskets and moved the drain to only suck from the pool skimmer drain so the floor drain is off. I'm experimenting to see if this will fix the issue. I didn't know if anyone had any advice for me since this has never been a problem before. I have always set up my drains at 50/50 in the past but didn't know what others do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the updates and I will ordered some skimmer socks. I do notice that my floor drains will sometimes have hair/grass on top of the drain so I'm assuming these types of things are also being sucked in by the floor drains. That should change somewhat if I rotate the suction to mainly come from the skimmer drain (80/20) as mentioned above.
