2007 hot spring grande

I have been experiencing a flashing red light with my hot tub for awhile.

Recently, I cleared an obstruction with the ozonenator, which I thought could be the problem, as the drain was not bubbling. Drain bubbles great now. Also have brand new filters installed. After those two things, we used the hot tub a few times with no flashing light for several days, but now it's flashing again. I have good suctioning from circulation pump too.

Not sure what to check or replace next. Thanks in advance for any help.

Power Indicator: The POWER indicator is ‘on’ when the spa is properly supplied with power. It also provides a diagnostic function–a blinking power indicator indicates that the heater high limit has tripped, meaning that either the spa water is above its acceptable temperature range, or a malfunction has occurred within the spa (such as low circulation due to clogged filters). An ‘off’ power indicator means that there is a problem with the spa control box or the power supplied to the spa.

Well, I don't know anything about the spa, I just read your manual and there's 2 or 3 lights that can blink.

You said new filters and good flow. If you remove the filters, does the light go away? Otherwise it sounds like a heat switch is bad, as it says the high limit switch has tripped.

Hopefully someone else knows more about this particular spa.
