Fissure in plaster

Our 20,000 gallon plaster salt-water pool was re-plastered in October 2018. Over the past year, we have observed a large number of fissures that are oozing a white substance (calcium ?). Prior to this we have calcium deposits (sharp crystals) on the sides/bottom of the pool. This past winter I checked the pool every 10 days and adjusted pool chemistry (usually adding muriatic acid) to maintain a balanced Langelier Saturation Index. The problem seems to be getting worse. Are there any solutions to this problem?

Looks like calcium nodules. It is a form of spot delamination.
