This will be my fifth summer of pool ownership and TFP has been an invaluable resource. I’m a DIY kind of guy and feel one needs to know at least the basics of any household equipment if one wants to be able to troubleshoot and not have to call out the pros at every blip. TFP has really enabled me to get to know my pool and equipment, making pool ownership much more affordable. I almost fell over the other day at the pool store when I asked what was special, beyond baking soda, of the $60 tub of “alkalinity increaser”. “It’s just baking soda” was the reply. Thank God for TFP!!
