Finally a good weekend to swim

So far this year, N. Texas has not been a good swim year, but finally this weekend looks to be prime!!!! The rain and a very late cold front has kept the water just a tad to cold, but its perfect now. Who would have thought pool season in Texas had to wait til mid June...I plan on baking this weekend !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today it is looking like the pool will be essential! Nearly 100 degree temps!!!

Yes, and we missed the storms last night, so no temp loss...

we barely missed the storms up here last night. they formed about 10 miles south of us. we hit the pool this afternoon and probably again tomorrow. hope the rain holds off this weekend

Well we got a good Friday evening swim in, and couldn't wait until Saturday. Low and behold, clouds rolled in, a few storms popped up, so about a hour of swim time. Sunday started out cloudy, but by the time it got sunny, the storms started to brew, and yes, heavy rain...Still only about a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes of pool time this season so far...And with that rain came 68 degree weather, so now water temp dropped back to unpleasant..Where is summer???
