Looks like filter is plumbed correctly. Pump to inlet, outlet to heater and SWG.
You may have gotten a bad set of cartridges. I would try to get the PB to replace. If that doesn't work, contact Pentair directly and let them know the PB isn't cooperating and that the filter cartridges are messed up after only 2 months.
