Filters cleaned and no change in psi?

PSI reached 20. Was 17 recently. Decided to clean the filters for if no other reason than to record my baseline PSI. They were dirtier than I anticipated and I pressure washed the heck out of them. These are new filters I put in a few months ago. When I reinstalled them and turned the pump on and bled the air, I’m still at 20 psi. Any guesses?

Pump speed and valve positions will affect filter pressure.

Thank you Rancho. Jim Rahbe was kind enough to help me figure out how to control my spillover and sheers. I was sheers only before and after the cleaning. However when I put the valve back to where it has been for 9 years it did show 18. So .
