Fiberglass pool not level at Install

Same exact pool and same problem. I am using a local installer vs factory, but finding this whole process maddening. I am a six weeks into a pool install that was supposed to happen 3 months ago and it isn’t even close to being finished. Going to make them fix it, but I am sure that will take another month.

On a good note I hope, we have this same pool and love it. We used the Leisure rep in our area. Built last summer, start stop then furious activity.
