I haven’t been able to get a chlorine reading on my pool in 3 weeks. I can shock it and test 30-45 minutes later and will have 0 FC and 5 TC after adding 5 gallons of liquid 12.5% or 4 bags of 73% cal hypo shock. All other levels are testing perfectly.

Welcome to TFP! Please post a full set of water test results. Hopefully you are testing from home using a TF-100 or Taylor K-2006C test kit. Also update your signature with all of your pool and equipment info. See my signature below as an example. All of our advice starts with accurate information of those two areas. From there I have no doubt we can get you going.
