Looking for help with an Excel Pool Systems saltwater chlorine generator. We purchased the system from Pool Warehouse last year and cannot get any support from them or the manufacturer. The system is reading HOT and not generating any chlorine. Im looking for either a customer service number or product manual. Please help if you can!

I searched and couldn't find a manual for the Excel. The unit has the same appearance as this Calimar unit. They're probably or cousins or something. Seriously though, many of these units are manufactured overseas and rebranded by resellers. You can find the owner's manual by scrolling down to the PDF link.

Is it possible your salt level may be off? How do you test the salt level? The most reliable salt test kit is the Taylor K-1766. No salt water pool owner should be without one.

Your Excel system is the spitting image of my Pureline Salt System right down to the bubbles on the label. Here's a link to the Pureline manual, which should apply to your Excel System. I am not too sure how your system is indicating that it is Hot. What is the status of the various LEDs?
