EVO 604 Issue

Hello everyone,

I purchased the EVO 604 back in December and lately it occasionally will run for approximately a hour or so when in the 'Floor, Wall, Waterline' cleaning mode instead of the 2.5 hours. To restart it, I have to depress the start button twice. It will than usually run the 2.5 hours. I sent an email to product support to see if they have any suggestions on what the problem might be.

Has anyone else here experienced any problems with this cleaner?

I've had my 614iq for about 1 year and no problems but I always use just the floor mode. I hope their product support has improved over time as I initially had a very difficult time reaching anyone. Have you tried talking with one of their authorized repair centers?
