Electronic Valves Not Turning

Hi,
I have two (2) electronic valves that are not turning. Therefore, there is no circulation in the pool. There is only circulation in the Spa. The valve that controls the suction portion is working fine. However, the one returning water to the pool (pressure) are not working.
At least that's what I think is happening.
Any thoughts?
 
Post pics of your actuators.

What brand & model actuator do you have?

Every actuator has a 3 position toggle switch with positions of 1, OFF , 2. Make sure if switch is not OFF. If in other position change it from 1 to 2 or 2 to 1 and see if the valve moves.

You can always adjust the actuator valves manually. Read - Valve Actuators - Further Reading
