Anyone have experience using an EasyTouch controlled outlet to program acid addition with a Stenner pump? Remodeling a pool (not the pool in my signature -- I'm moving), and will have an EasyTouch8 there, plus a SWG for sanitizer. Would like a daily addition of acid, but I'll need to frequently adjust the acid pump run time. Is it a bad idea to use the EasyTouch for this?

Not a bad idea at all. Set up a relay that gets powered off the filter pump relay then schedule it to run during the pool filtration schedule.
The only limiting factor is the Easytouch scheduling can only be as precise as 1 minute but that shouldn't be an issue.
