Dual Track Coping + New Liner

We just had our liner replaced and have noticed that there are 4 spots where the liner is hanging a bit lower as seen in the following pic.

From closer inspection, it looks like the middle track the liner is attached to has broken off the back of the coping which is leading to the issue. Here is a closer pic of the "disconnected" middle track:

I believe our coping is dual track (lower and middle track) similar to the following profile.

Given the above, would the best solution be to have the liner attached to the bottom track? Also, on those areas where the middle track is now loose, and floating, would that cause an issue if the liner is attached to the bottom track since that middle track is no longer providing stability above it?
 
Liner tracks are not my area of expertise, but I would think it certainly needs to be resolved, especially before that new liner settles-in and becomes less flexible. Has it been corrected by now? I would think (hope) the installer would've taken steps to correct it. Or was this a DIY install and the actual installer is you. Ha.. :)

For $27 order 120ft from Amazon and wrap the whole perimeter in 15 mins. No need to wait 4 years to find out which parts will stretch or come loose.

If there's any tight spots that don't push in with your thumbs, use a block of scrap 2x4 and a rubber mallot to give them some love taps, because let's be honest as friends. You're gonna miss your tap a few or 100 times. :ROFLMAO:

Actually, the whole perimeter is already wrapped with liner lock between the liner and the middle track. The installers then added some additional liner lock above the middle track, in the areas where it was loose, so there are 2 runs of liner lock in these sections. I've also gone round and tapped the liner lock using a rubber mallet to ensure it's 100% seated properly because I'm definitely not a nutter!

I may also pick up another run of liner lock as you mentioned and just run it in the top area above the middle track so the liner lock is doubled up across the entire perimeter and not just the 5-6 feet where the middle track is loose.

Ok they doubled it up where needed. GREAT. Far too many only do the one or two spots needing it today, then 2 more spots 3 years from now and another spot ot two the next year.

LL is so cheap it's just not worth skimping on it.

The problem with liner lock is that it stretches the space, bending the aluminum/plastic and ultimately, may weaken it. Once it's needed, it'll always be needed, so best not to use it until it's really needed.
