We just had our liner replaced and have noticed that there are 4 spots where the liner is hanging a bit lower as seen in the following pic.

From closer inspection, it looks like the middle track the liner is attached to has broken off the back of the coping which is leading to the issue. Here is a closer pic of the "disconnected" middle track:

I believe our coping is dual track (lower and middle track) similar to the following profile.

Given the above, would the best solution be to have the liner attached to the bottom track? Also, on those areas where the middle track is now loose, and floating, would that cause an issue if the liner is attached to the bottom track since that middle track is no longer providing stability above it?
