Ok...long story short, I have been doing TFP method for about 2 years now:). One thing I noticed after implementing the TFP method is how "clean" the water feels and how good my skin feels when I get out of the pool

For the first time this week, I noticed my skin is EXTREMELY dry/chalky after I get out of the pool.
I am trying to figure it out. Even before I was using TFP method when my CH was 1600 and TA was 180, I never noticed my skin being so dry.

Here are my reading:
April 29th
FC 8
PH 8
TA 80
CH 480
CYA 50
CSI .25

May 22nd (Yesterday)
FC .5 (as in POINT 5. I realize this is low)
PH 8.2 (slightly elevated)
CYA 50

Is there chance that the combination of the HIGH PH and LOW FC is causing my skin to be so dry? If so, that is an easy fix:)
If not, what else can it be?

Thanks! I just lowered the PH to 7.4. Should I go lower?

I was thinking that TA is within range...albeit on the high side of the range. So, I was not thinking that could be a driver:) Probably should aim for the lower end of range since my CH and PH tend to drift toward the higher side:)
