Drowning in Pool Repairs in NC - Hello!!

Hello everyone! I am in a very touristy beach area of NC and I am a "do it yourself-er" with a CPO license that I let expire once I stopped fixing other peoples pools. I now have every problem that could happen with my 11 year old, 20,000 gallon in ground plaster/gunite pool including a leak, black algae, broken and un-labled plumbing (Jandy valve literally broke off), leaking sand filter and NOW a broken Hayward 2 hp pool pump. Rolling up my sleeves and hope for some great advice and I am also willing to give advice as well!

Sorry to hear about all the problems. Especially in the hottest summer month, huh?
