I am using my spa again after several years of being empty. I filled and flushed and everything seemed to be working ok (at least no error message). I then refilled and started to add the balancing chemicals. I have now got a dY error message. I have done the things the manual suggests: Adding water. Allowing the pumps to prime.
Any suggestions for what I can do next?
The dY message seems to have disappeared so I may have fixed it (but would appreciate a response to the above question in case it ever happens again). However, the heat button is not red and the temperature reading is not increasing so I assume it is not heating up. I have tried to set to the standard mode so it heats up to the desired temperature. I have changed the mode until st appears on the screen. Does this mean that once a particular mode appears on the screen, this mode is set, until you press the 'warm' or 'cool' button? Is there anything else I can do? I have already turned the system on and off a few times
