Don’t give up on your design vision

Overall, super happy with the pool experience. But just wanted to say, get second opinions and don’t take PB first answer if it doesn’t line up with your vision.
We had a “look” in mind, that incorporated a “tanning ledge / sun shelf” ,had a cantilevered edge poured slab made to look like massive slabs of stone and a white liner.
Initially the PB tried to talk us out of a tanning ledge & white liner… then
told us cantilevered concrete wouldn’t work. On final inspection, his tune changed.
“I’m glad you guys pushed back, this is the nicest pool we have done”
Keep pushing towards your vision!!
Now I need to get the landscaping done!! Send help! Ha ha ha

That is a VERY NICE looking pool, great job sticking to what you wanted and not what the pool builder wanted.. I say it all the time, it is your pool, let them build there own pool the way they want...
