Has anyone else been having trouble receiving maytronics warranty replacement parts? our power supply croaked and I placed a warranty replacement order and nothing, not even a peep on when it's going to arrive. in the meantime, I am spending a boat load of time hand doing everything. I also had to reseat the whole unit when it stopped working, which I now have read is a very common problem...

Also, I always run the unit in the morning so the power supply is completely in the shade...however, the power supply's LED cover has bubbled up, and I find out this is also a problem too...what is it w this company's products? very poorly made..there's been other issues too but I do not feel like writing a novel re poor matronics products...after this one, I am going to something else or completely rethink my pool cleaning strategies...thanks

I would contact maytronics & follow up about an update- you should have gotten a service ticket/reference number to help track your order. Things do fall through the cracks sometimes but squeaky wheels get all the grease!
Did you let them know about the controller box swelling? If not do so now so they can possibly replace it too while it’s still under warranty.
Mine has done that once due to very high ambient outdoor temps creating high temps in the deck box it lives in but after that incident I now make sure I crack the lid & haven’t had any more issues. There was someone else on here who had it happen without any temp or uv exposure & @Maytronics Customer Care worked to resolve it.

thank you mdrag....

yes, I called this morning and gave them the PO reference #...we quickly found out that even though order was placed 2 weeks ago, power supplies in stock, nothing was done...it fell into a big crack. Supposedly it's being shipped today.

Since my power supply is defective, hopefully the new LED screen face will be more robust. I always put both the power supply and robot.cord into the shade after use. I also mostly run it early in the morning w the power supply in the shade....this also keeps ambient temps down too while operating....

thanks again, tstex

definitely seems defective. I fix cleaners as part of my work. its a rare occurence but that puffed up power supply shows up once in a while. usually something to do electrically on the inside..... maytronics is usually on top of their game when it comes to warranties but this is why I usually suggest going through a dealer who has the after purchase customer service to help you throught these issues or so they can handle them all together
