Dolphin Nautilus Plus CC Stuck

My robot seems to be getting stuck more this year than last fall. Always the same places, on the top step in the corner and on the little seat in the corner.

Took a video and pictures last night. He'll usually never get off, just find him there with the cycle over. Is this normal? What can I do?

Not sure if it’s normal but mine does a similar thing from time to time. He gets stuck in a corner at times then ends up floating. Mostly if I restart him he’s fine and competes a cycle. I swear he has a mind of his own.

From the GIF, it looks like it just couldn't get its footing. Mine gets caught on the stairs from time to time.

Yeah, it gets up on its side and then both tracks stop touching and it can't move. It happens almost every time I run it though, I shouldn't have to babysit and keep tossing it back in.

It might be doing a waterline run? Maybe the rubber tracks are older now so the robot is not able to stay on? It looks that corner is pretty shallow so adjusting the floaters probably not going to help.

Mine gets stuck the same way occasionally. I saw a post elsewhere suggesting that you cut off the black rubber tips in the corners. This allows the treads to contact the step/wall when at an angle, preventing hangups.
