Just to follow up on this thread.. When I bought the cleaner it had a $75 rebate which I applied for online with uploading my original receipt, etc.. Couple of months went by and there was no check in the mail. I called and they told me they have no record of me asking to receive rebate but they can see that I purchased the cleaner during that promotion (I registered it also for warranty at the same time when applied for rebate)
So they said since rebate program already ended there is nothing they can do about $75 but they offered me two options - get a free set of filters for my cleaner or brand new power supply!! I choseed power supply so I can have a spare which i got in the mail within a month or two!!
