Dolphin M600 aka Ariel gets stuck on entry step.

The entry step to the tanning ledge is narrower than the steps from the tanning ledge to the main body of the pool. See the attached pool dig sheet.Water level is 4" from the top of the pool. Ariel will climb up the steps to the tanning ledge, but tries to climb up the narrow entry step and gets stuck, eventually turning herself off.

Anyone else experience this?
Suggestions to resolve the issue.

Usually that happens when the robot isn't deep enough in water to suck it in and propel it along. I see on my robot it sometimes gets to the top step out if its running sideways and still getting input water from the side facing down into the water.

Most folks learn they just need to brush that tanning ledge to get any debris into circulation to filter out or skimmed out by hand.
