Dolphin M500 vs Active 30i

It would be awesome if someone could do a comparison between the two. The whole reason that we're getting rid of the Polaris is because it gets stuck in the corner of the pool and doesn't clean anywhere but there. We have to babysit it and constantly move it to get the rest of the pool clean. It just wants to drive itself right back in to it's corner and stay there. We've tried everything to get it to stop doing that and nothing works. I would hate to end up doing the same with a robot that gets stuck on the drain. Our drains are pretty low profile so hopefully it won't be an issue. I went ahead and ordered the 30i from Marina today. Fingers crossed!

So to follow up I got my m500 today and it definitely clears the drains, and is overall faster and more maneuverable too. Only thing is the two baskets are smaller than the a30s one, and it doesn't have is the weekly scheduling thing but I opted for the old non Bluetooth m500 so maybe that's fixed in newer ones.

i have to admit you aren't missing much on the scheduling. i like having it but the issue is i often will run a second pass in the evening due to all the acorns that fall in my pool. in order to do any manual cleaning (run a cleaning mode or manually drive it via BT) you have to disable the schedule. i am bad about forgetting to enable it later so i invariably end up missing the next day. not sure why but they need to fix that in the app.
