Hi, we have had our pool cleaner since approximately 2009 and it has worked very well until this summer. He has decided he only wants to start in the shallow end and go to the deep and go back and forth remaining in the deep for his whole cycle. Is there a way to recalibrate him to clean the entire pool again?

Wow - a 15 year old pool cleaner. That's basically unheard of - good for you!
Robots are not as intelligent as you might imagine, especially once from 2009. How are the condition of the brushes?
Can you try placing the power supply in a new position to see if cable placement causes the robot to work one area over another?
I "think" the Dolphin deluxe4 is similar to my Prowler 830... does yours have floats on an handle-like thing?
