Dolphin cc plus getting stuck in my seats

I finally splurged and got a dolphin cc plus for my 16x36 ft fiber glass pool. It keeps getting stuck in the bucket seats. I have a set of 2 seats in the deep and shallow end. It seems like it goes straight for the seats constantly but maybe that is my imagination.
I was thinking of getting 2 tension rods to place in front of the seats to block it. Would this work? Any other bright ideas? I’m totally bummed.
I’ve tried starting it in the deep end for a change of scenery but it still eventually got stuck.

Can we see a photo?

I remember seeing a photo from someone who built a PVC bumper/gate type of thing to keep robot from getting stuck at ladder.
