I think this liner "may" be a GLI...this is such a difficult process. My pool is extremely difficult to measure because it is not square and I suck at measuring.
Does this look like a liner serial number to you? (having trouble finding my old liner)

Sorry you have not gotten a response. Yes, it looks like a liner number. The question is...what manufacturer. You might try calling the major liner suppliers and see if you can get a match to the address...
