Need to know if I'm worrying about nothing.
A couple of weeks ago I felt a sharp point in our liner. It looks like a small stone working it's way through the vinyl. I called our PB's service department several times and they're refusing to return my phone calls. Finally I got through to our original sales rep who asked me to email her a picture. Fortunately I'm a scuba photographer so I fired up my Ikelite housing and grabbed the attached picture. The liner feels thin indeed at the sharp point. Thoughts?

I don’t know if you can even knock it back down without poking a hole in the liner. Maybe build a patch over it first if you try to knock it back down. I don’t even know.
