Display panel on RayPak Pool Heater not Functioning

Hi All,
I have a Raypak Heater model# P-R206A ENC.
The heater will turn on, but the digital display for the Temperature and Mode does not display.
Do I need to replace the PC Control board or is there something else I could do.
