Dispensing from large chlorine jugs

We buy chlorine in 20 litre jugs (about 5 gallons) and we use a plastic faucet that replaces the cap. These faucets start to leak after a very short period of time. Has anybody got a good idea for dispensing chlorine from a 20 litre container.

I used a hand siphon pump that looks like

Worked great for the chlorine and now the water temperatures are getting low, I'll rinse and use to get my test water until it's time to close.

The issue is that a lot of those faucets are made with nylon. If you want to use a faucet, make sure you get one made of polyethylene or polypropylene.

Another option would be to get an injection pump and just swap the totes out when they're empty.
