Deep end rope hooks for salt water pools

We are planning to have a rope to separate the shallow end from deep end.

Looking online, almost all hooks made for the deep end ropes say “not for salt water pools”

any ideas what should be used? We were expecting to have something like this in the wall

Not sure what all the available options are, but here's a picture of one of the anchors my builder installed in my saltwater pool. It's a plastic or composite like material. I zoomed in so resolution isn't great, but you can get the idea.
