Dead Evo 614iq

Wondering if anyone here has had issues with there Aquaproduct Evo 614iq. I bought it last September and the control unit just stopped powering on. I have been trying get a hold of support but it seems like no one is ever there to answer a call and email goes completely un-answered.

Anyone head one die and successfully get it fixed or replaced?

Where did you purchase it? Go back to the original retailer and see if they can help.
Units are still very new; not many in the wild, so not many reports.
