DE filter

I popped the top off my filter to take a look at the cartridges as my pool heater isn’t getting a high enough pressure to fire, I’m having a hard time finding images of what these are supposed to look like. Can anyone tell me if these grids need a soak and a re application of the DE?

Mine doesn't look like that but it's always good to spray them off especially if your pressure builds quickly after backwashing. I tore my filter apart and spayed my grids off and recharged the whole unit with DE. I'm currently clearing a swamp. It's not bad now that I'm through the worst of it. Mine kept losing pressure even after backwashing.
