DE filter question.

I just bought a house with an inground pool. It was winterized but I had to move the filter and pump away from the electric service. How do I know if there is DE on the fingers still or do I start fresh this year? It is a Hayward Perflex, not sure if it's a 65A or 75A.

Hello and welcome to TFP! More than likely you'll want to start fresh. Clean the grids and recoat. Here's a couple great links:
