Hi, we tested the stabiliser small glass vase was full to top and one can still see the black dot a bit. Any suggestions, do I need to do a diluted test to get a better result?

That means you have very little CYA in the water. It’s only if the dot DOES disappear with very little water in the vase should you do a diluted test.

If you can see the dot, it means you have very low CYA...
